Meet Our Team
PresidentBrian has been with the company since May 1, 1991. Carrying on his father’s legacy, he started in residential sales and now focuses on commercial and design-build sales and his duties as president of the company.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from The University of Wisconsin Stoughton with continuing education in mechanical design, fluid hydronics, business management, hydronic heating, and systems design.
Some of Brian’s hobbies include weight lifting, hunting, spending time with his family and friends.
Commercial Service TechnicianEric has been with the company since May 31, 1996, when he began his apprenticeship program. Starting at a young age, his father helped him develop into the hard-working technician he is today.
Eric is a NATE certified technician with continuing education in all things HVAC service-related. He enjoys troubleshooting issues to make HVAC systems run at their best.
Some of Eric’s hobbies include snowmobiling, four-wheeling, camping, and spending time outdoors with his family. He is also passionate about contributing to veteran’s causes and the Harbor House for domestic violence.

John has been with the company since September 6, 2016. He is in charge of all our residential retrofit sales.
John received his Associate’s Degree in Police Science and spent 15 years in the Fire Department. He continues his education by staying up to date with building construction codes and on the job training.
Some of his hobbies include hunting, softball, camping, and spending time with his family. He is passionate about giving back to his community by supporting the Children’s Hospital of Green Bay.
Service ManagerPaul has been with the company since May 27, 1991. He started as a service technician and has worked up to become a Service Manager. He has several years of on the job training and was NATE certified.
New Construction Project ManagerCharlie has been with the company since July 7, 1997. He started as an installer and is now a New Construction Project Manager specializing in new design-build projects.
Charlie is a graduate of Bay Port High School. He has almost 25 years of on the job training under his belt along with various EPA certifications.
Some of his hobbies include hunting, fishing, outdoor activities, and spending time with his wife and two kids at the family cottage. He is also passionate about giving back to the community and supports research for breast cancer whenever he is able.
DispatcherSharon has been with the company since June 30, 2014. She is a dispatcher and also takes care of service billing.
Her hobbies include horseback riding, camping, gardening, white water rafting, and spending time with her family, especially her grandkids!
ControllerJaylene has been with the company since June 1, 2015, and does all of our accounting and contract project billing responsibilities. Jaylene is also in charge of human resources.
Jaylene has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and continuing education in QuickBooks.
Jaylene’s hobbies include ice hockey, outdoor activities, motorcycling, wine tasting, and spending time with family.
Ed GannonEd has been with the company since March 30, 2017. He is responsible for warranty billing and scheduling of maintenance contracts.
Ed has a Masters Degree in Political Science from Duquesne University and over 35 years in retail management experience.
His hobbies include playing tennis, golf, and cards, and enjoying a glass of wine.
