  I had my furnace stop working in mid-November. I called Sinkler early the next morning and they were able to have someone come out later that afternoon. After diagnosing a cracked heat exchanger in my 26 year old furnace, they were able to pull together a quote to replace the furnace and immediately brought space heaters for me to use. I appreciate the work they did for me and will definitely be going back to Sinkler for any future furnace and AC inspections/repairs.

  Last week our daughter had a new air unit installed at her duplex. Service Technician Jared Shefchik arrived on time for the appointment, was courteous, explained the different steps during the install and did a thorough job.  He also cleaned up after the job was done.  I can't say enough about his demeanor and professionalism. I highly recommend Sinkler for your Heating and Cooling needs.

  So far so good with the heating!  My complaint is that we paid $9700 to get both an air conditioner and new furnace installed only to receive a bill for $10 saying we still owed this!  I called regarding this charge and they would not waive it because we financed through Bryant and John Sinkler  said they that they have to pay their workers and also Bryant’s charge!    Really $10!  Absurd!  We owe $10!  So angry!  when I called about it, the gentleman I talked to laughed that we got a bill for $10 and also when my husband went in to sign the contract the lady said that Mr. sinkler would probably just waive this charge!
