heating and cooling system

Forced Air / Furnaces
Forced Air central heating systems circulate warm air in order to heat your home. When outfitting your home with a forced air system, we make sure to size your duct system for optimum air flow. In addition, we offer zoning packages, so you can create the perfect heat and humidity levels in your home.
Our line of Bryant furnaces boast up to 96.6% Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency Rating (AFUE). In other words, up to 98% of energy used is converted to heat, with minimal energy escaping in the process. Our Bryant furnaces carry a 10-Year Parts and Labor Warranty with a lifetime heat exchanger warranty.

Heat Pumps
A heat pump is a hybrid creation: it provides both heating and cooling benefits. Heat pumps utilize the heat in outdoor air in order to heat your home, and provide customers with greater control over their fuel choices. By including a heat pump in your heating system, you have the option of electricity-fueled heating and cooling, in addition to gas furnace heat. Heat pumps are cost effective and extremely efficient—at 300% efficiency, you can't go wrong! Plus, it allows you to heat your home in the winter and cool it in the summer using the same system.

Geothermal Heating
A geothermal system offers you a way to go green without sacrificing comfort. Rather than using outside air, geothermal heat pumps utilize the consistent heat of the earth to heat your home during the winter months. This type of heating system is environmentally friendly, while still providing you with reliable heat.

Hydronic Heating / Boilers
Hydronic heating circulates hot water to warm a home. Like our furnaces, NTI boilers offer a whopping 96% AFUE. Even better, they provide you with a versatile heating option. A boiler can be used to heat domestic hot water, as well as garages. It can heat multiple zones and provide you with comfortable, uniform heat throughout. In addition, hydronic heat is quiet and can be used in a variety of ways: in baseboard radiators, in-floor radiant heat, under-floor radiant heat or cast iron radiators.
